The first step in trusting a new counsellor takes immense effort, and ensuring you connect with them is important. I use a variety of approaches in counselling as I know that no one experience is the same, and that the possibility of lasting change is achievable when you feel seen and understood leading to lasting confidence and connection.

I am committed to supporting individuals, parents, and couples in a way that creates meaningful and lasting change, including healing past wounds and developing strong, more compassionate relationships with others and yourself. Past trauma can be hard to understand or even name, and together we can unpack developed patterns, build new emotional tools and pathways to foster resilience, self-trust, and a deeper sense of inner stability.

As someone who has an extensive background working with families and children, I also offer support to couples and parents. Together, we will navigate communication difficulties, parenting challenges, and relational disconnection in a space that strengthens understanding, rebuilds trust, and creates solutions as a team.
