You’re the kind of person who feels deeply, maybe more deeply than those around you. You notice subtleties others overlook. You care intensely. You think in layers. And while this depth is part of what makes you wise and intuitive, it can also make life feel heavier than it should. You might be navigating chronic illness or chronic pain, carrying a quiet anxiety you’ve never fully named, or wrestling with a sense of purpose that feels just out of reach. Perhaps you’ve always been the responsible one, the emotional anchor, the one who “holds it together” even when you’re overwhelmed inside. You may feel stuck in patterns you understand but can’t seem to shift: overthinking, people-pleasing, caretaking, disconnecting, procrastinating, or pushing yourself past your limits again and again. You might feel out of place in a world that wasn’t made for the way you think, feel, or move through life. A world that often asks for less depth, less sensitivity, and less of your truth. And beneath it all, there’s a longing: to feel grounded, understood, and connected to yourself again. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to make sense of it alone.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I come to this work not only as a clinician, but as someone who has lived the questions my clients bring into the room. In my early twenties, chronic illness interrupted everything. I left school. I let go of plans I had poured myself into. Life became smaller, quieter, and more uncertain. But in that stillness, I learned what it means to meet yourself gently, to rebuild slowly, to honour limits without shame, and to find meaning in places you didn’t expect. Therapy became a place where I learned to navigate health anxiety, explore the deeper roots of my fears, and reconnect with a sense of purpose I thought I’d lost. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) steadied me when my mind felt chaotic; psychodynamic and existential work opened doors into understanding who I was becoming. My hope is to offer you the same space I once needed. A place to land, to breathe, and to begin again.

My approach is gentle, grounding, and collaborative. I draw from an eclectic blend of CBT, existential therapy, psychodynamic exploration, somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to help you understand your patterns, soothe your nervous system, and make sense of your inner world. My philosophy is simple: You do not need to be fixed. You need to be met. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve carried, the parts of yourself you’ve silenced, and the strengths you may not yet see.

Clients come to me when they’re navigating:

  • chronic illness & chronic pain
  • anxiety & overwhelm
  • ADHD and executive-function challenges
  • grief, loss, and life transitions
  • depression
  • trauma & emotional wounds that feel unspoken
  • burnout, identity exploration, and the search for meaning

I’m here to help you slow down, breathe, and make sense of what feels so heavy. If you’re ready to move from survival into something more grounded and meaningful, I’d be honoured to walk beside you
