Do you often feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions while your own needs quietly go unmet? Do you find yourself overthinking conversations, second-guessing your feelings, or feeling guilty for setting boundaries? Perhaps you’ve been told you’re “too sensitive,” yet you’re the one constantly trying to hold relationships together. I work with individuals who feel emotionally exhausted from relationships where they give far more than they receive. Many of my clients have experienced dynamics with emotionally immature, narcissistic, or psychologically manipulative people—partners, parents, family members, or colleagues—that leave them feeling confused, unseen, and disconnected from their own sense of truth. Over time, these experiences can lead to patterns such as chronic people-pleasing, difficulty trusting your instincts, feeling responsible for other people’s emotional states, or repeatedly attracting emotionally unavailable partners. 

You may know something doesn’t feel right, yet struggle to understand why these patterns keep repeating. You may find yourself thinking, “Maybe it’s my fault,” even when something inside you feels that the situation isn’t right. Therapy can help bring clarity to these confusing relational dynamics. Together, we explore how these patterns developed and begin gently rebuilding your sense of self, emotional boundaries, and inner trust. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. 

Having navigated chronic illness, burnout, anxiety, depression, and recovery from emotionally immature and narcissistic relational dynamics, I understand how deeply these experiences can shape a person’s sense of identity, safety, and self-worth. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and culturally sensitive. I integrate cognitive, emotional, somatic, and behavioural perspectives to support healing on multiple levels. Together, we work to untangle patterns that no longer serve you—moving from self-doubt to self-trust, from overgiving to healthy reciprocity, and from emotional confusion to clarity and grounded confidence. Therapy can help bring clarity to these confusing relational dynamics.
