Career and Burnout
High Functioning Anxiety
Disordered Eating & Body Image

You feel like everyone else seems to have life figured out except you. You might feel stuck in your career, questioning your next step, or struggling with the pressure to make the “right” decisions. On the outside you may appear capable and put together, but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of yourself. You might be navigating grief, body image concerns, or a major life transition that has left you feeling lost or disconnected from the person you thought you would be.

Trying to manage it all on your own can feel exhausting. You may find yourself overthinking every decision, being hard on yourself, or feeling like you are constantly behind. Even when you try to build routines, set goals, or push through the anxiety, something still feels off.

I understand how disorienting this stage of life can be. I am entering my 30s, navigating being a newlywed, and have experienced my own periods of uncertainty and transition. After losing my dad unexpectedly at 23, I was forced to navigate grief while trying to figure out my path forward. I also come equipped with a decade of Human Resource knowledge in the federal government, where confidentiality, discretion, and navigating sensitive personal and workplace matters are central to the role. I understand what it feels like to question your career direction and rethink what you want your life to look like. Along the way I have also worked through my own experiences with anxiety and body image, which allows me to connect with clients from a place of genuine empathy and understanding.

My work focuses on helping you gain clarity, build self-trust, and develop practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices to support you in understanding your patterns while learning new ways to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions. Together, we will focus on what is already working in your life, build on your strengths, and develop realistic tools that help you move forward with greater confidence and balance.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real life. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also gaining insight and practical strategies that support lasting change. If you are ready to stop carrying everything on your own, I would be happy to connect!
