You’re someone who feels deeply, big emotions can be overwhelming, and setting boundaries often feels impossible. You struggle with saying “no” without guilt, worrying about letting others down. Maybe you identify as a people-pleaser, constantly putting others’ needs before your own, or a perfectionist who never quite feels “good enough” despite your achievements. Anxiety, self-doubt, and high expectations have left you exhausted, and no matter how much you try, you still feel stuck.

I know what it’s like to struggle with these feelings, and my own curiosity about people’s experiences is what led me to this work. I’ve always been fascinated by the ways we connect, how our past shapes us, and how we can rewrite the narratives that hold us back. That’s why I take an empathetic, strength-based approach, drawing from, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Polyvagal Theory while adapting to your unique needs. My background in education and experience working with diverse populations, including students and individuals with disabilities, has taught me the power of meeting people where they are and helping them uncover their inner resilience. 

To me, healing isn’t about becoming a different person – it’s about learning to show up for yourself with the same kindness and compassion you offer others. It’s about recognizing the patterns that no longer serve you, finding the courage to set boundaries, and embracing the fact that you are already enough. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, where you can explore your emotions, challenge self-doubt, and build confidence in setting boundaries. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to help you navigate it with warmth, understanding, and practical tools that lead to real, lasting change.
