I believe that each individual is unique, just as therapy should be. What works for one person may not work for another, and that’s okay. I work from a person-centered perspective, where I meet you with compassion, empathy and understanding. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to show up as you are, without fear or judgement, and where we can move at a pace that feels right for you. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and even if things feel overwhelming or unclear right now, we can work together to help you find a sense of calm and clarity.

My approach is collaborative and paced in a way that feels safe and supportive for you. Together, we can explore your experiences, build insight and develop tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, seen and supported without judgement. I integrate person-centred, cognitive behavioural, and emotion-focused approaches in my work, allowing us to tailor therapy to best suit your needs and goals. My goal is not for you to rely on therapy forever, but to help you feel more confident, grounded and capable of navigating life on your own, while knowing you don’t have to do it all alone right now.
