Navigating adulthood can feel like assembling furniture without any instructions. Nothing makes sense, the holes are in the wrong places, and somehow, there is always that one leftover screw.
I work with young adults and couples in their 20s and 30s who want clarity, consistency, and healthier relationships but often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to make meaningful change. They’ve tried every tip the internet has thrown at them, Googled symptoms at 2 a.m., started new routines only to fall off track, or second-guessed every decision they make in relationships, work, school, or their own emotional world. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you’re exactly who I support.
My approach is grounded in helping individuals and couples who struggle with consistency, maintaining healthy relationships, and understanding their patterns—especially when anxiety, ADHD, high sensitivity, low-support autism traits, stress, depression, or burnout complicate daily life. These challenges often spill into communication, emotional regulation, social life, family dynamics, and romantic or platonic connections, creating a sense of inadequacy, stress and burnout. Together, we identify what’s actually getting in the way and build a clearer, more compassionate and sustainable path forward.
As a woman of colour born in Canada with Caribbean and South African roots, and someone who was diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, I deeply understand what it’s like to juggle multiple identities, cultural expectations, and internal pressures while navigating a world that isn’t always built to support you. Growing up between Gen Z and millennial worlds, and having worked across a variety of industries, I bring a relatable, balanced, and culturally attuned perspective to therapy. I work through a client-centred, multidisciplinary lens that examines the biological, psychological, and social layers of your experience. My focus is on the present—what’s happening now, what feels heavy, and what needs to shift.
Therapy with me feels warm, nurturing, understanding and nonjudgmental, with space for all the parts of you: the motivated parts, the tired parts, the uncertain parts, and the hopeful parts that want things to get better. Together, we will explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and create relationships, routines, and emotional habits that actually feel sustainable. If you’re ready for change but need guidance on where to begin, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
